Dental problems are a serious problem that needs attention. Dental health problems are problems that can not be taken lightly. Why? Because we know that the pain of a broken tooth, cavities and other dental disease is very painful. To prevent cavities, below are some steps and habits that need to be considered and implemented, including:





A. Check with healthy teeth and gums regularly in specialist teeth and gums.

3. You should brush your teeth regularly.

5. Consumption of vitamins for health care for your teeth and gums.
